Person 5 – Most Aware
Knows you provide the best service or product to solve their problem need or desire.
You did this through your amazing website 🙂
Person 4 – Service / Product Aware
They now know the solution that’s best for them.
They are now searching for the best service or product to provide the solution to their problem, need or desire
This is where people check out different companies, compare prices, compare brands and compare value.
How will they pick you ?
Person 3 – Solution Aware
Found a solution that might solve their problem, need or desire but the search continues for proof that this solution will work.
They may go back down to level 2 if the solution check search isn’t fruitful.
If they are happy that the solution they found will solve their problem, need or want they move to level 4.
Person 2 – Problem aware
This person now has a problem, need or desire.
They are now searching for a solution to their problem, need or desire.
There could be many solutions or just one solution they find in there search.
Person 1 – Unaware
Completely unaware: has no problem, need or desire – yet…
Or no urge to search for a solution or unaware that a solution even exits
